Less-dirty retextures of the commoner dresses, with a few other small changes. Also an optional mesh edit to turn the heels into flats.

The state of the commoner dresses has always bothered me (FFS, I know Thedas is pseudo-Medieval, but they had soap in the Middle Ages! And there are at least two laundresses in Denerim!!). So, these are simple retextures to "clean up" the staining, and a few other small-ish design tweaks. (I didn't want to make them too flashy or colorful, because, well, peasants.)
Will conflict with anything else that touches the pf_cth_com**.dds files.
I've also made an optional file to remove the heels, because they bother me. Can be used with or without retextures, and includes versions for tmp7704's various proportion edits. (this will affect one dwarven noble dress--and the elven wedding dress--because it uses the commoner mesh)
