Improves the 'unclothed' models and textures from tmp7704's elf update for male and female elves

Tmp7704's elf update comes with a replacer for the male and female elf unequipped model, imported from DA2. This is a series for edits for it.
While the models are intended for use with the body models in elf update, it can also be used with tmp7704's elf proportions, which has similar arm proportion.
Models
EF model given bigger shoulders
EM model made bigger, necklace reshaped to hide neck seam better
LODs added, so it will no longer return to vanilla from a distance.
Textures
Textures upscaled to 2K
The necklace has been recoloured to gold and will no longer tint with skin
Skin should tint more accurately
Gold shine has been added
Hand and feet veins have been removed or toned down
Optional files
-Smaller, 1K textures, if your computer can't handle big textures.
-Recolours of textures.
Options are blue accents with silver trim and green accents with silver trim. 1k and 2k options available.
How to install
Files go in your My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder.
Replace the da2_elf-bodies folder in your elf update folder with this one.
To install the alternate textures, drag and drop to replace.
You can use the body replacer without any other mods installed, just expect some floating arms unless you have either elf update or elf proportions installed. That doesn't look good but it won't break your game either.
