This is a simple convenience tweak that makes the Stealing skill (a.k.a., pickpocketing) always succeed, regardless of your stats.
It will conflict with anything that also modifies skill_stealing.ncs; however, it is fully compatible with Qwinn's Ultimate DAO Fixpack. Despite including skill_stealing.ncs in the patch, the source files indicate that no actual changes were made to the script, so there is no conflict.
Installation
Extract the folder "Stealing Always Succeeds" to your override folder at Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override
Uninstallation
Delete the folder "Stealing Always Succeeds" from your override folder.
