Put every .erf in:
Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override
Anders -> Orsino
Aveline -> Cassandra
Fenris -> Carver
Isabela -> Leliana
Merril -> Bethany
Sebastian -> Nathaniel
Varric -> Sandal
Some of the Old Companions found a new job at "La Rose"...
They're separated in many files (faces/bodies) so you may chose the mods you want, tho be carefull not to put an elf face on a human body or a human face on an elf body the result is wrong.
(hence why I changed the nude elf female body for some scenes...)
