Adds 2 new Entropy spells in DA2

I spent a lot of time in making these spells, both because I don't know much about modding and because DA2 is very hard to mod due to a lot of restrictions set in the files. I hope you guys enjoy these and the the other 2 spells I added.

This mod will add TWO new Entropy spells. Comes with their own unique name, icons and description.

Spells added:

DISORIENTATION HEX
==================
Requires Level 5

The caster engages in subtle mental manipulation that stuns the target for a short time. This unexpected move also deals slight physical damage to enemies.

Duration: 6 seconds
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Upgrade
----------
Requires Level 6

Disorientation Hex can now be used more frequently and from farther away, but fatigues the caster more easily.

Cooldown -5s
Mana cost: 10
Range: 3x standard spell range


MIASMA
=======
Requires Level 7

Channeling the elemental power of the staff, the mage hurls a ball of entropic energy that disorients and injures enemies in a large area. Foes afflicted with this hex suffer a significant penalty to movement for a short period of time.

Damage: 2x DPS, based upon the type of staff equipped (ex. a spirit staff will deal spirit damage)
Elemental force: 25x
Enemy movement speed: -80%

Duration: 15 seconds
Diameter: 12 meters
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Upgrade
----------
FREE upgrade at level 8!!!

The mage becomes a master of chaos and can curse enemies from across the battlefield.

Cooldown: -10s
Mana cost: 30
Range: 3x the standard spell range (this is really fun!)

The initial mana cost is 0 for both spells. This is not a bug. I did this to prevent breaking enemy AI.

Changed description to accurately describe spell effect.
Instead of doing physical damage, weapon damage type is now based upon equipped staff.
Also increased damage from 1x to 2x DPS, based on weapon
Added elemental force - 25x
Decreased movement penalty from -70% to -80%
Increased duration from 10s to 15s
Decreaed cooldown from 50s to 30s

Added spell upgrade:
Cooldown -10s
Mana cost: 30
Range: 3x standard spell

INSTALLATION:
=============
Extract the folder into your "override" directory. (....My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override)

UNINSTALLATION:
==============
Delete the "Bonus Entropy Spells" folder from your override directory.

CONFLICTS
=========
Will not work properly with any mods that alters the Entropy skill tree structure (position of talents). It will work just fine if the other mod only modifies the spell cooldown, cost, etc. The talents will work, but the tree structure will look jumbled.
