      I made the circlet  together with hair mod some time ago to finish my inky's look. Now when I finally have time to finish the game it turned out there's no way to wear helmets in cutscenes, no mod for it either.. such a pity 
      I can upload it too if someone's interested, but it's in daimod as well

      You can wear helmet in cutscenes outside Skyhold with Cheat Engine.
