   Where did you get that?
   
   Is it the latest patch doing it? Because I just got an Enhanced Belt (or Amulet or something) of Urgency about half an hour ago, and I've never seen that before either

      They're new items introduced with Patch 10, the winners of the Untold Relics contest. Kitty's collar drops from the Venatori Overseer in Griffon Wing Keep.

      I found 3 of the new items so far. Malika's Guard, Kitty's Collar and Ring of Doubt. Hope I find the rest.

      Griffons wing keep is where I was before I found this I'm probably too far along to find some of the other stuff????

      malika's guard I found in Crestwood, the house you can only get into, after you close the lakerift... where there used to be an amulet of power. same chest.
      ring of doubt was exalted plains. with the keeper robe and the elven talisman and a glyph in a cave. let me know if you figure out more locations ^^

      -100% damage resistence...does that mean you loose resistence??? why would anybody wear that? or am I thinking wrong??
