Replaces the full ponytail with fringe for Elf Males Only.

Works best if the additional mod Alternate Sidecut by Lycoteuthis is added to properly shave the rest of the hair. Lighter colors will notice some stranger areas that are not perfectly straight. I may eventually fix this, but for now, it's in good shape. Replaces the full ponytail with fringe and only works for Male Elves. Created from Patch 12.
