This is not a mod: it's a plot integer flag . You'll have to go into the save editor and change the number manually.
I enjoy doing all the sidequests once in a while, but sometimes all I want to do is sit back and enjoy the main story (dive right into action, side with templars or mages, go to the winter palace unlock locations, etc). If you're like me, this will help you a lot. I came to nexus looking for a mod to do this, but since it doesn't exist, here's the closest thing you can get (maybe now someone can use the flag to create an easy-to-use mod to change just that, I don't know hahah)
I experimented with the DAI savegame plot editor so you don't have to :) I usually add up to 100 power, I haven't tried inputting larger numbers.
The line of the plot flag is in a screenshot, under files. All you have to do is open your game save, look that line up and then add a number of your choosing-- once you've written the number, press "update", then save and copy into your dai saves folder. You can also find the screenshot under the images tab, there's no need to download it.
