For frosty mod manager. Mutes the lines of Xenon the Antiquarian (the dude that sits with the book at the black emporium.)
I think the subtitles might still show up, I haven't checked that, but his audio shouldn't play anymore.
Unfortunately I don't think it is possible to make this mod for dai mod manager (I've tried multiple ways, with multiple different versions of the mod maker, to no avail), so this will probably remain frosty only.
As far as I know, this should work on the following voiceovers for the game:
English, German, and French, since I removed the references to his lines from the voiceovers of all those languages. So that is why those languages are tagged on the mod. However, it's only been tested on the English version, because that's the only version I own, so let me know if you have problems.
If there are other language voiceovers besides those that the game comes in, I'm not sure this will work on them, because those files were not inside my version of the mod maker, I only removed the references to files I could see.
