Fixes Vivienne and Dorian's skin tones in their tarot cards and quest banners

Simple edit of Vivienne and Dorian's UI images, making it so that they're no longer washed out, grayscale, or too light-skinned
Also, I included an optional second version of Vivienne's Divine tarot card, because I think the vanilla one is... weird, frankly
Will conflict with any mod also editing Vivienne and Dorian's tarot cards/quest banners, but I don't think any of those currently exist. Doesn't edit their party icons or Dorian's romance card, since those are fine. Doesn't conflict with anything editing anybody else's UI images, or anything that would edit just Dorian's romance card
Frosty only, as I don't think it's possible to edit the UI in daimod
