Reduces the 'damage received' of the masterwork effect Berserk.

Berserk would give the effect of an additional damage output but with a heavy cost, I lowered that to make it less suicidal.
Instead of a 1:10 ratio I changed it to have either a 1:6 or 1:3*
1:6 seems right but I thought that people might like a 1:3 instead.
Output damage = the damage you do.
Damage Received = damage done to you.
*Ratios are 1:6.6 and 1:3.3 both rounded to x.5
Personally I have never used these materials/effects and they keep pilling up in my Inventory, thus the reason for the mod.
