This mod adds player voice audio to male Inquisitor x Cullen/Solas/Blackwall romance, since previously, all player dialogue audio would be silent.
With the power of voice cloning via CoquiTTS 🐸, I've managed to both add player voice lines and modify love-interest voice lines and subtitles to use the correct pronouns and gendered language. 800+ voice lines have been modified.
This mod is still in beta, which means I'm still undergoing a playthrough and gathering clips to create a demonstration video. Your tests and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Since publishing version 1.0.3, I've noticed there's a noticeable discrepancy in the audio quality (20khz vs the intended 48khz) so I'm going to have to train the voices from scratch in order to make it sound seamless, which will take a couple months... :(
Hopefully everyone can still enjoy what has been accomplished thus far. I'll continue to make patches to individual tracks.
You still need to download the mods that enable male romance, such as:
(You don't need them all, just the ones you want to use.)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You should only use this mod if you are playing as a male inquisitor. If you don't, your audio will be silent during romance with these characters.
- Because of the way this mod is currently implemented, it's advised that you don't use this mod in multiplayer. It might work fine, but there also might be issues. It's unclear at the moment.
- Audio generation and lines are still being improved, and voice models are still being trained, so constant improvements will be made.
Install:
Install using Frosty Mod Manager - Drag and drop the .zip file or the .fbmod file within into the manager, then apply the mod.
Compatibility:
This mod is compatible with everything else as far as I'm aware, since other mods don't modify the assets this mod does.
This project will definitely require many tweaks and adjustments, so please report any issues, recommendations and helpful advice.
Thank you!
