What is it: This is a port of cammoore1 patch for proton into a standalone, independent dll, which works with any Proton or Wine version. It will fix an issue where game allows to use controller, but won't register any input from it.
Installation:
Place the winmm.dll next to the DragonAgeInquisition.exe file in the game folder.
If you're using Steam you can add such launch options: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winmm=n,b" %command% .
Otherwise you will need to add winmm to libraries override in wine config.
Frosty Mod Manager: The fix is automatically applied by my fork of Frosty Mod Manager tailored for Linux support, available here. Feel free to try it out.
