About this mod
A couple of incredibly minor fixes to soothe my own OCD: Removal of a major spoiler from the Black Emporium war table operation, removal of distracting vertical lines on certain load screens, a crafting category correction, and bringing capitalization consistency to the Skyhold customization menu.
- Permissions and credits
The description of the Black Emporium war table operation reveals the identity of your adversary long before it's revealed in the story. I've removed the sentence containing the spoiler. (This is for the English version of the game)
Skyhold Customization Capitalization Consistency:
The Skyhold customization menu uses UPPERCASE strings for the categories as well as for each individual option, except the Dragon Maw Throne and Serault Glass which are both written in Title Case. I've provided two options for fixing this inconsistency:
- UPPERCASE VERSION: Changes Dragon Maw Throne and Serault Glass to UPPERCASE.
- Title Case Version: Changes all categories and individual items to Title Case. This is how the Stables menu is formatted.
Loading Screen Line Removal:
A few loading screens have a vertical white line running down the left edge of the image. This is probably less noticeable on a 16:9 screen than it is on an UltraWide. I've replaced it with a black line. The fixed loading screens are Crestwood, The Crossroads, Halamshiral Servants Quarters and Coracavus. I did not touch the multi-player loading screens.
Brand Crafting Category Correction:
The Brand longsword schematic from Trespasser is incorrectly placed under staves in the crafting menu. This fix moves it to the correct category.
Demon-Slaying Rune Fix:
The lowest tier Demon-Slaying Rune is incorrectly labeled Master Demon-Slaying Rune.
Weapons using this mislabeled rune therefor confusingly lists having a 'Master Demon-Slaying Rune' yet only giving a +20 bonus instead of the expected +32. The effected weapons are Firm Templar Mace, Knight-Commander Longbow, Sten Battleaxe, Templar's First, Vidathiss, and any crafted weapons with such a rune.
This mod corrects the mislabeling and also switches the rune of the 'Firm Templar Mace' to an actual 'Master Demon-Slaying Rune' as its lower tier version, 'Templar Mace', have that rune.
