Replaces Defiant Silence helm with a rogue hood.
It will disable active capes on armor to avoid excessive clipping. Some armor will have invisible parts when the hood is equipped.
All genders supported.

THIS MOD IS CURRENTLY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODS THAT ALTER OUTFIT MESHES/MESH SWAPS (aka mods that also alter RootLevel) WITHOUT MANUAL INTERFERENCE. See: below. Coloring mods are not affected.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOD COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER MESH SWAP MODS.
(Won't work with mods that also swap stuff with the same helm)

VEILGUARD MODDING IS CURRENTLY IN ITS EARLY DAYS, USE MODS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

FIXING THE 'BUGS'

"I just traveled back to the lighthouse and my character's hair is white!"
Yes, that is an odd bug with the 'sockless' helm mods. I do not know what causes Rook's hair color to reset to default white when traveling back to the lighthouse. This can be fixed by doing a quick detour to the transformation mirror, entering it and then exiting by SAVING. That will fix the white hair issue.

"I'm in the wardrobe and my character's hair suddenly turned white!"
Another similar bug. This, however, does not impact your Rook when you exit the wardrobe. Odd.

"I opened the wardrobe and Rook is missing the hood."
Choose another helm and then change it back. Should fix it.

"I picked a different armor and now the hood is gone!"
The hood must register the cape. Choose your desired armor and then change to a different helm and then change it back to the hood. Now the hood will show and the armor's cape will be removed.

"A part of my armor is missing with the hood equipped!"
That means that part of the armor is labeled as a 'cape'. Unfortunately you'll have to pick a different armor.

"I clicked on/off on the transmog, turned helmet on/off in the Character page and now my Rook is bald!"
Try clicking on/off on the transmog and/or the hide-helmet feature again. That should give your hair back.

THESE BUGS ARE ONLY PRESENT IF YOU HAVE THE HOOD EQUIPPED AS CURRENT TRANSMOG.

NOTE: As there are no proper hood meshes where the hood is actually up, I had to manually edit a hood file to show the 'hood up' version. This means any NPC that is using the 'hood down' version will use this version instead. This may result in some odd clipping for the NPCs.

FAQ

My game crashes on save load, why is that?
As the new Frosty tool is currently in early development, there can be some issues with ebx mods in certain parts of the game.
