I made some changes and now for the recolors you need both the base file (either the base version or one of the swap alternatives) and the recolor file.

Mashup of the outfit Isabela and Rowan are wearing and the Revolutionary's Embellished Garb. Will affect Rowan by removing the arm accessories and the knife on the belt, and the recolor version will affect Rowan's colors too. Revolutionary's is only affected in the recolor version.
Base version replaces blue Watcher's Robes.
Is not compatible with mods that affect meshes without custom library. Check this guide by Rainn9 to see how to make one.
I've not tested the mod that throughly, and there might be clipping issues. I'm not sure if this one is at all compatible with male characters since Rowan's armor is female only.
Install with Frosty Mod Manager.
