some codex edits to make Rook present in Davrin's journal entries <3

The first two codex modifications I am posting here do not replace other entries, just modify them from their original form. The first file changes the entry from Davrin you get after the griffon choice following Blood of Arlathan; I only have caps of the note for the warden option, but I edited the file for the Arlathan option, so the same paragraph will appear at the end of the note if the griffons went with Eldrin as well. ♡
The second codex modification here changes the Uncle Eldrin entry in Davrin's journal to be about both Uncle Eldrin and Rook <3
I don't imagine this mod will conflict with other codex edits unless those edits modify the same entries in Davrin's journal. :)
