This mod DOES NOT require a swap library. Download it, throw it into Frosty and enjoy. However, you need Joell560's version of Frosty!
Turn off ray-tracing.
If you experience flashing while playing (especially in Dock Town), make sure your "Level of Detail" setting is set to at least "medium"
