A Watcher should have standards, especially on their wedding day. Rook's day should count no less. This replaces the Spined Encasement, and uses assets from Maevaris (her bodice), the Deluxe Mage armor and some of the Lord of Fortunes armors (Modest Brooch, Rivaini Panopoly).
