DAV Save Editor Beta

As the title says. A program that lets you upload your save files and edit them directly. Features include a way for polyamory, class changes for any race, faction change, amount of skill points for Rook and Companions, changing Inquisition things in general, editing inventory and so much more. *Please note this is a beta version*

Increased Savegame and Character Limit

Increases the savegame limit from 100 to 999 and the character limit from 10 to 99.
