Game Version 1.23
This will add all base Skills, Super Souls, Clothing, Accessories, & Items to the shops once they are open. (Install Options: All Install or Choice Installation)

Works On Current Game Version 1.23 Only
Everything Unlocked Into Shops:
Adds the following when shops open:
- Accessories
- Battle Items/Capsules
- Clothing
- Conton City Radio
- Mixing Items and Mentor Gifts
- Skills
- Super Souls
Mentor Gifts are in the item shop, scroll through the all tab
DLC Super Souls, Skills, & Outfits won't show up in shops until user has bought DLC
Buy Price: 1 Zeni or 1 TP (Conton City Radio is also 1 TP each)
XV2INS & XV2Patcher Most Recent Version Required First
Then Use Everything Unlocked In Shops Installer

Obvious Question: "Why are Customization Keys & Dragon Balls not in the shop?"
Answer: I've tried adding those into the shop, though there are a number of issues. (Too many to lists)
Solution: My mod Unlock Customization Keys gives those items as rewards in Parallel Quest 2
Additional Mods: Shouldn't have any problems with other mods, this will just add to your current IDB files. (If there's a mod conflict, please link mod in comments)
