This is a comprehensive stat overhaul of DBZ Kakarot. Nearly everything is changed from stats to items. All Transformations up to Super Saiyan 3 is Completely Canon Accurate. All story bosses' stats are tweaked to match the transformations. Update for 2.12 is available!!!

This mod is essential for re-experiencing DBZ: Kakarot. I've overhauled nearly everything gameplay-wise, including relevant DLCs.
To ensure this mod works properly and to get the most enjoyment out of it, follow these steps:


  • Only install this mod and the "Accurate Charge Auras" mod by Doubs, as it is the only mod guaranteed to be compatible.
  • You must start a New Game for this to work properly.
  • Do not cheat under any circumstances.
  • I recommend starting on Normal Difficulty, as it's already quite challenging. Choose Hard if you're truly insane.
  • Make sure you have "~mods" folder in "Paks", this mod must go Inside "~mods".
I spent over 100 hours meticulously modding and test-playing this game. I've made numerous changes to enhance its canonical accuracy and difficulty. Start a new game, re-experience the DBZ story, and I promise you'll be in for a treat. Here are the most notable changes—I've made so many small adjustments that I've lost count:
  • Food item boosts and buffs adjusted – Temporary boosts are no longer overly dramatic.
  • Ki mechanics reworked – Passive Ki regeneration has been removed, the Ki charge rate has been decreased, and Ki attacks consume more energy. One additional combo now regenerates Ki, but not by a significant amount.
  • Movement speed increased – Flying and running speeds have been boosted by 25%.
  • Vehicle upgrades improved – Cars and Bipedal Robo Walkers now have better upgrades.
  • Enemies are deadlier – Standard Atrocious Mobs were too easy to defeat while transformed, so now the real challenge is taking them on without transforming.
  • Items rebalanced – Descriptions and stats have been adjusted for nearly all items.
  • Healing items are more limited – High-quality healing items are expensive and less effective. Senzu Beans now grow only once every two hours, meaning you should only obtain around 20 per playthrough. They are extremely rare and can be sold for a high price.
  • Skill reworks – Descriptions and stats for many skills have been modified, including references to Dragon Ball Abridged and films from pop culture.
  • Level scaling adjustments – Level requirements, Ki costs, and damage values for certain skills have been changed.
  • Fights are more canonically accurate – Nearly all battles, including training and sub-events, have been adjusted to match appropriate transformations and enemy power levels.
  • Transformation stats are fully canon-compliant – Up to Super Saiyan 3, transformation multipliers are 100% accurate. However, due to 32-bit programming limitations, transformations too much more powerful than SSJ3 would push character hp to over 2 billion, which is the game's absolute limit. As a result, Super Saiyan God is only twice as strong as SSJ3.
  • Burst ability rebalanced – Costs less, but the timing window has been reduced from 1 second to 0.66 seconds.
  • Stunned enemies recover faster, making battles more dynamic and requiring better strategy.

UPDATES are coming in before March 1st to Buff Side character abilities and fine tune Atrocious enemies to be more consistent with lore.
