A mod that expands the soundtrack of Dragon Quest XI with 46 songs from previous Dragon Quest games

Using mike9k1's Retro Music Mod as a base, this mod overhauls the Dragon Quest XI music experience by diversifying the soundtrack. Gone are repetitive town, field, and dungeon themes; in their place are delightful symphonic tunes from Dragon Quest games of years past.
Music selections are largely based on version 0.1.1 of the Retro Music Mod by mike9k1. It's like that one, but 'Lite'; it replaces far fewer of the music tracks in the game. If you like what this mod does, but want even more music variety (at the cost of the DQXI soundtrack), check that one out! It's really a fantastic project and has enhanced my own DQXI experience immeasurably. This mod was in the works before mike9k1's 0.1.3 update, so it notably misses any songs from Dragon Quest 9. I'm not making any promises, but it's likely that I'll update this mod in the future to include some of those songs as well.
Installation instructions:
Simply drop the .pak file into your 'DRAGON QUEST XI S\Game\Content\Paks' directory. You're good to go!
- 46 new songs added to the game, covering scenarios including battles, overworlds, dungeons, towns, and cutscenes.
- All added tracks were sourced from Symphonic Suite recordings, minus a few (nighttime town themes) that have to my knowledge never been recorded live.
- This mod leaves the entire Dragon Quest XI original soundtrack intact! Love the original overworld theme? You can still hear it around Heliodor! Hate it? Just go anywhere else in the game!
- All newly added songs have been equalized, volume leveled, and looped by hand. Enjoy a seamless experience between original tracks and modded tracks!
