This tweak helps remove performance bottlenecks for high-end configurations (sometimes also referred to as "microstutters") due to background processes or OS tasks.

This change will allow Dragon Quest XI S to fully utilize as much of your PC's resources as (reasonably) possible. 

CPU Priority - High
Important for maintaining max fps at a stable rate
IO Priority - High
Improves load times

To Install:
Unzip and double-click DQXIS-HighPerfTweak-Install.reg
