These armors really look impressive, especially compared to vanilla skyrim

Thanks although mostly lucky catching some nice lighting as I don't really have a great eye for scenes. Mainly take hunky muscle guy shots with the occasional nice landscape lol :)

Nice location variation. I'm seeing a lot of the game through your sets.

Thanks Patrick, haven't really done too many landscapes which would give a better idea :)

Yay you got Keth to blush! Loki just started doing that last night with me. I didn't even know that was possible with your main pawn.

All of these outfits and looks are so great.

That last photo is very sweet. Keth clearly cares a lot for Grim. :)

Thanks! I can't imagine being without Loki at this point lol. So used to him being around. I miss Rafe but Arissa is a good addition although I miss Keth complaining about the party being all men now :P

I guess Keth caring for Grim is why he doesn't go to the Rift anymore (my RP reason for his glitch). I also wrote up a story about how Grim shared half his soul with Keth, and Keth shared half his heart with Grim, and they are slowly growing complete ones out of that. Well a lot more to it then that but that's the short version.

Aww that is so nice to hear! I'm so happy that you like Loki so much. I haven't had a chance to get in today so, if you end up dismissing and rehiring, he won't be higher than whatever he was yesterday (around 55 I think?) He has a griffin quest now for 1,000 gold. I am very proud that he has completed two badges so far.

I like your RP reason for the glitch. I'd love to read your story if you ever wanted to share it but totally understand if it is personal. :-)

Nah not personal really more my own random imagination going off. I borrow a little from the fact that Pawns don't have any real will of their own and no real soul. But the Arisen has a fountain of will and a soul. On the other hand the Arisen lost his heart to the dragon.

I know in lore, over time, the Arisen's main pawn, the one they create out of the Rift, can grow to be like them if they spend a lot of time together. Their soul and will leak over in a way to their Pawn. There is also lore about the Arisen and the Pawn from the first game, which I gather you would know about.

Anyhow I adjusted things a little as Grim isn't full human, he has some demon blood, and has some soul like ability. He ripped of a part of his and gave it to Keth, where it will grow and become Keth's own. Using blood magic a seed from Keth's heart was grown and planted in Grim, which will grow to a new heart, and breaking him from the connection to the dragon.

That totally not being in the lore but I never worry about that. Lore is a guide not a rule book for me. Grim and Keth came from the Rift and will return there eventually, traveling to different worlds. Maybe I write it up as a story post but that gives you the idea.

So tonight was a HUGE night for the team. I killed my first dragon. I tried once at level 26. Died 7 times in a row and finally gave up, frustrated. Later I figured out the thief can use that "feint" ability they get in the nameless town to protect them from the "pyre of death" ability which causes an explosion for a massive amount of damage, including the thief ... unless you first activate the "feint" skill which lets you avoid the damage. Its a bit OP. I killed 3 rattler lizards at the same time with just two of the explosions from the daggers. Also took down two cyclops and some hobgoblins ... and then shortly after a Griffon.

So ... when I ran into a dragon tonight at level 31 I was more prepared. Still died 3 times, and was a long fight, but finally succeeded. Granted I am still HORRIBLE at combat and having Loki at level 52 and Arissa at 71 was a major advantage. Even then it took 3 tries but happy to have done it since I such at this sort of combat.

The other big thing - I finally figured out how to climb monsters. Took me 90 game play hours to get it working. Think it was a key mapping issue since its a bit quirky in this game. Anyhow managed to climb the dragon and later an ogre.

Got Keth his new warrior gear. I was going to switch Grim to a new vocation but I love him as a thief so much I am reluctant to switch, even maxed out on it. Eventually.

It's so cool to hear your stories and makes me think more deeply into my own game experiences. Thank you for that and for sharing.

Congratulations on your first dragon kill! I avoided it for a while and, even at level 50-something, it's so challenging. I can do it better with the Magick Archer vocation because there is one skill that lets you use your own HP for a really powerful shot, but you have to be really careful with it. I've messed up with too much health drain a few times. I think it's incredible that you did it at your level even with some higher level pawns.

And you've mastered climbing! I'd call that an extremely successful day. You might want to go celebrate in one of the taverns tonight. :)
