Dragons Dogma 2 is an amazing game but in my opinion way too easy. This mod aims to remedy that a bit by increasing enemy HP (optional files for damage increase). If you like me found that enemies are too weak this mod will make the game more fun. There are definitely still some changes the game needs to up the challenge like more enemy magic defense, shorter stun time (especially on big enemies) and faster attack speed which I am still messing around with. Compatible with Custom Difficulty Tweaks if you want to more finely tune your experience. This mod's approach differs from "custom difficulty tweaks" in that it is a .pak mod (so no REFramework required) and increases enemy HP and damage by altering the stats of monsters instead of using a script to change how damage is being calculated.
Note: HP and how many health bars an enemy has are independent from each other so with the harder version of my mod you won't see the difference in the amount of health bars an enemy has.
Drop this mod in the Mod folder created in the Fluffy mod manager folder (Games/DragonsDogma2/Mods)
Refresh mod list in Fluffy mod manager
Turn on the mod and click launch game
- To update the mod just replace the .rar file, refresh Fluffy mod manager and turn on the updated mod. - The mod can be added and removed without issue at any point. Just turn off the mod in the mod manager or delete the .rar Let me know if there are any issues/bugs or you have a question.
