Note：
1.Only affect speed of slow-walk(slightly push stick)、walk、dash. Not affect speed of climbing ladder ,etc.
2.Affect All Human.Including npc and minions
NPC tends to slow-walk rather than walk/dash.If you don't like super-fast npcs, don't set slow-walk-speed to a large number.
3.Original speeds of slow-walk/walk not in battle/dash(holding weapon)/dash(not holding weapon)/walk in battle are 6.047/17.71/23.32/26.92/15.98(may varies by your character's weight)
This mod set them to 9/30/30/46/24 by default.
You can edit them in reframework UI
4.This mod modify the base speed.Other factor(such as weight) will still affect speed.
Install
1. Install Reframework
1.5. Install _XYZApi (Optional.Only necessary when you need to modify settings in UI)
2.You can Install by Fluffy Mod Manager or Manually
3.1. Install by Fluffy Mod Manager：
Download this mod and drag into mod manager.Then turn it on in mod manager
3.2.Install Manually
Dowload this mod and extract.Copy the `reframework` folder to game folder. If `reframework` already exists in game folder,then merge these two folders.
