Config presets to automatically disable fall damage.

Config presets to automatically disable fall damage through SILVER's Fall Damage Manager.
Option 1: "Prat fall" means as you are falling you will still show the falling animations and ultimately fall splat on your ass or face. Comedic.
Option 2: "Super Hero landing" means you will land as if it was nothing. Cool.
New in version 2 (optional)
Option 3: "Clumsy" - Fall over from a slight bump or ledge?
Option 4: "Clumsy(extreme) - Sometimes just jumping up and down can cause you to fall over?
May be test files to be used with another maybe upcoming mod soon?
Untested, let me know if there is any issues.
Install everything through fluffy. (now fixed, thanks to a bug with nexus)
