Disables stamina cost out of combat while your weapons are sheathed. Mostly for sprinting out of combat without spending stamina (though technically, skills that can be used without drawing your weapon, like Concussive Leap, will also not consume stamina if used that way).

There are other mods doing this, but I don't like their implementations. One recovers all your stamina constantly while out of combat, and the other gives an error on startup (which you can ignore, but still) and doesn't allow stamina consumption when you draw your weapons, which messes up with some things e.g. using Heavenly Shot out of combat to surprise enemies. So that's why I made this mod.
