This is a model swap of the flashback armor (yellow surcoat, kettle helm) over the guardian armor/legs and iron helm, purchasable from the Vernworth armorer. There is another mod on Nexus that does the same thing but it's not been updated in almost 6 months and leads to infinite loading when using it, so I did some digging and found out how to perform model swaps myself using REtool and DD2Editor to recreate it. It can be installed with Fluffy as usual.
