i understand that another mod does this (harran uncut and extended), however that instantly crashes the game and doesn't work, iirc this is the only mod that actually works and allows you to do this without crashes and other crazy changes. its nice and simple.

an example of the mod working is at the bottom, take a look. you just have to press W and Alt instead of A, S, or D and Alt to do this.

put the included file in: data3.pak > skills

this works in the current version of the game as i just tested it. this doesn't work with anything that replaces common_skills.xml

to make this work with any common_skills.xml file, heres what you have to do:

1. open common_skills.xml

2. use CTRL + F (search function) to find Nage_Waze (just entering Nage should be enough)

3. under NageWazeSide, add in:

<effect id="NageWazaFront" change="1"/>

below it. it should now work perfectly with any mod that changes the skill file, however i haven't tested this so please tell me if it doesn't.

known bugs:

- the prompt doesn't show W as being a valid option, it still only show A, S, and D when the grapple prompt appears. however, W still works despite this.

- when doing a front push on a human enemy, they wont go very far. however, this allows you to instantly do a finisher, so it's bitter sweet.
