Fix the issue of your Coop partner being behind in Paraglider level by just forcing the coop paraglider to Level 3.

Description
I was playing a full coop run and found that my coop partner could not level up their Nightrunner tools and was stuck with a Level 1 Paraglider.
This mod fixes that issue by forcing the coop paraglider to be Level 3.
I'm not sure if there is any other way to fix this or if it's been fixed by an update but I'm still having this issue and thought I'd share for anyone in the same boat.
This only works in coop as it only affects the coop paraglider. I don't believe this will carry back to your solo save.
Installation
Move data9.pak into
Dying Light 2\ph\source
Issues
The coop partner will have access to Level 3 from the start despite the host not having the Level 1 paraglider. This is the only fix I could think of.
Not compatible with Improved Paraglider as it edits the same files and functionally does the same thing now.
