Permissions and credits
Game version 1.22.0 compatible.

An in-depth overhaul to the progression system of Tower Raid, with some additional changes to gameplay.

New to this mod:

- Multiplayer Friendly
- Mod v1.02. Level cap increase (Jai perk points). New level cap 70.
  All credit goes to `tesciowy5555', for "really" not understanding why he`s not getting more perk points beyond level 35. Why not indeed.
  DO NOT use this mod directly if you are above level 35 with JAI, use `Costume Levels` first. (For older versions of the mod, v1.0 &v1.02)
- Mod v1.2. Accounts for all the new additions available with the release of the `Spring` update, game version 1.22.0 compatible). Full list of changes
  down below in the `Update` section. Level cap included.
  As of mod version 1.2, `COSTUME LEVELS` is now integrated into the main mod and comes as an optional install with every version of
  the mod you download.
  `Costume Levels Integrated` is for people who are above level 35 with Jai and missed out on those `Raid Perk Points` available with the mod`s new
  cap level increase.
  Full explanation and installation instructions in the "Main Mod + Costume Levels Integrated" section.

- Increases JAI`s Reputation Points earned for completing Tower runs and floors by a varied multiplier.
- Increases SOLA`s RP earned for completing Tower runs and floors by a varied multiplier.
- Increases Hub Tokens earned by completing floors by a fixed multiplier.
- Increases RP gained from Sola for completing daily and weekly bounties.
- Increases RP gained from Jai for completing achievements.
- Forces the floor vendor to appear on 80% of floors.
- Forces the `Corrupt Keycard` (i.e. the room with the guns) to appear on 80% of floors. (Sometimes the `Corrupt Keycard` appears in optional areas
  only, so know your maps.)
- Level cap increase. New level cap 70.

This mod has 2 main variations: ADJUSTED and SUPER QUICK.

   Adjusted - A moderate increase to all XP gained throughout the run, increases are made to both the base value of XP earned for completing
                      floors and the difficulty multiplier. These increases are made by a varied percentage that is calculated by taking into account the type
                      of Raid you run (lite, normal, elite) and your chosen difficulty. Adjusted lets you keep a natural sense of progression, all while
                      eliminating some of the tedious repetition required to reach max level.
                      An elaborated example below. (Warning!!! math calculations involved)

   Super quick - An excessive increase to all XP gained throughout the run, increases are made to both the base value of XP earned for completing
                           floors and the difficulty multiplier. Super Quick lets you reach max level (specifically JAI) in about 5 to 10 trials, depending on the
                           type of Raid you run and your chosen difficulty.

 ADJUSTED Mod variation:

     A moderate increase to all XP gained throughout the run that lets you keep a natural sense of progression, minus some of the grind.

     For example, let`s say that you are running a Tower Raid on normal mod (9 floors) and hard difficulty. For each floor that you complete you get a
     base amount of RP (both for Jai and Sola). We`ll focus on Jai for now.
     By completing an entire run (9 floors), for this effort you will get 1240 RP. This number is then multiplied by a difficulty factor. Since we chose
     'Hard' difficulty our base gain will be increased by 50% (on 'Normal Tower' mod), that in the end nets you a total of 1860 RP.
     Now, the last time I checked it takes around 90-100 minutes to complete a 'Normal Tower Raid' run on hard difficulty (not their 50-60 minutes
     advertised estimations, especially if you take the `leave no zombies behind` approach). To reach Jai`s max cap level (which is 35, in order to get all
     'Raid Perks' points), you`ll need about 47000 RP. That means you`ll have to repeat this exact run 25 times, which ends up taking around 42 hours.
     (Thank you, but I`ll take the stairs...)

     Below is a list of all changes I made (both for Jai and Sola), the old values gained, the percentage increase and the new calculated values.

     [Tower mod][Difficulty](Old values) → [Base value percentage increase] x [Difficulty multiplier percentage increase] (New calculated values).

        Jai RP Rewards:

        [Lite      ][Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare]( 680,   816, 1020,  1224)  →  [40%] x [20% - 35%] ( ~1237, ~1523,  ~1808, ~2094).
        [Normal][Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare](1240, 1488, 1869, 2232)  →  [35%] x [38% - 46%] (~2343, ~2845, ~3682, ~4185).
        [Elite     ][                       Hard, Nightmare](                   3967,  4761)  →  [20%] x (10% -  12%] (                          ~5078, ~5713).

       Sola RP Rewards:

       [Lite      ][Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare](2040,  2550,  3400,   3740) →  [50%] x [28% - 40%] (~2550, ~3187,   ~4080,  ~4462).
       [Normal][Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare](4128,   5160,   6880,   7568) →  [80%] x [34% - 62%] (~6501, ~7740,   ~8978,  ~10216).
       [Elite     ][                       Hard, Nightmare](                      16240, 17864) →  [40%] x (16% -  35%] (                        ~18188,  ~21030).

     * Sola received a somewhat more extensive increase as she is more XP hungry.

     ** Let me know in the `Posts` section if you find any discrepancies between my projected numbers and the actual RP gains you received, as there
         were numerous calculations needed to be done across many variations, and i couldn`t proof check all of them in game. You can follow your XP
         gain by checking the RP bars of both Jai and Sola (in their respective menus) before and after the run, and note the difference.

     Hub Tokens gain is increased by about 45%.

SUPER QUICK Mod variation:

     An excessive increase to all XP gained throughout the raid, that lets you reach max level in a short amount of time, about half to a dozen or so
     attempts, depending on `Tower Mod` and difficulty. Changes were made both to the base value of RP earned and the difficulty multiplier, but they
     are subtle compared with the Adjusted version.

      In general: 100% increase to all RP gained (x2 XP) for easy and normal difficulties, across all Tower mods (lite, normal, elite).
                        200% increase to all RP gained (x3 XP) for hard difficulty, across all Tower mods (lite, normal, elite).
                        300% increase to all RP gained (x4 XP) for nightmare difficulty, across all Tower mods (lite, normal, elite).

      Hub Tokens gain is increased by 100% (x2).

BOUNTIES and ACHIEVEMENTS:

  Changes to Bounties and Achievements are the same for both the Adjusted and Super Quick versions.

  - All Sola daily bounties are increased to 1500 RP (except for the coins one).

  - All Sola weekly bounties are increased to 3000 RP.

  - Changes to Jai achievements are as follows:

     * 1000 special infected killed - 3000 RP.
     * 500 suiciders killed - 2500 RP.
     * Perform 250 finishers - 2000 RP.
     * Buy 25 items - 1000 RP.
     * Kick 200 infected - 1500 RP.
     * Kill 6 volatiles - 1000 RP.
     * Kill 50000 infected with slashing weapons - 10000 RP.
     * Kill 50000 infected with crushing weapons - 10000 RP.
     * Headshot 10000 infected - 8000 RP.
     * Complete 100 floors without receiving damage - 8000 RP.
     * Kill 500 infected - 1000 RP.
     * Kill 100000 infected - 20000 RP.
     * Use 10 medkits - 500 RP.
     * Kill 15 virals - 500 RP.
     * 25 infected killed with head shots or decapitated - 500 RP.
     * Destroy 5 volatile hives - 1500 RP.

"Main Version" & "Main Version + Costume Levels Integrated":

  As of mod version 1.2, every variant of the mod you download will have two folders in it. Along with the name of the mod one will be dubbed
  "Main Version", and the other "Main Version + Costume Levels Integrated".
  `Costume Levels` no longer comes as a separate *.pak file (data5.pak), but is now fully incorporated into the main mod itself.

  Version 1.02 of "Tower Raid Progression Adjustments" introduced a cap level increase with Jai for obtaining perk points, from 35 to 70.
  Someone who advanced with Jai beyond level 35 would miss out on those perk points for every level he gained up until his current state, perks
  which cannot be gained back retroactively.

  What`s the difference between the two versions?

  "MAIN VERSION" - for people who never played `Tower Raid` before, who played `Tower Raid` but haven`t reached level 35 yet, or played
      `Tower Raid` before using this mod and exceeded level 35 in a parallel scale not having lost out on any perk points, meaning they are, for example,
      at level 47 and have 47 perk points.
      If you haven`t used this mod before, place the data4.pak file in your game directory\ph\source folder.
      If you used this mod before, use "Main Version" to update and simply swap between the old files and the new ones.
      ALWAYS backup your game save files first.

  "MAIN VERSION + COSTUME LEVELS INTEGRATED" - for people who played `Tower Raid` before and reached beyond level 35 with Jai,
      without receiving any more `Raid Perk Points` after the original cap level. For example, you are now at level 42, if you`ll start using the
      `Main Version` of the mod from this point on, when you`ll hit level 43 you will gain 1 Perk Point but would have missed out on the previous 6
       ones (levels 36-42), as I cannot account for each and everyone`s individual progression.
      That`s what `Costume Levels` aims to bridge.
      `Main Version + Costume Levels Integrated' folder has 7 sub folders (levels 35 to 69) in intervals of 5. Choose only one, whichever is
      closest to your level.
      Let`s say that you have reached level 47, by now you have missed out on 12 perk points (36-47). Select the folder [Levels 45 to 49] and
      move the data4.pak file to your game directory/ph/source folder. Start playing the game, when you`ll reach level 48, nothing will happen. When
      you`ll reach level 49, also nothing will happen. But when you`ll reach level 50, you`ll get 15 `Perk Points` for all the ones you did not gain up to this
      point. After that keep playing the game as is and you`ll receive 1 perk point for each level you reach, up till 70.
      INTEGRATED means that the `Costume levels` option is now part of the main mod itself, as before they were 2 separate files (data4.pak and
      data5.pak). Furthermore, with the previous versions of the mod, after you reached your required level and gained back all your missing perk
      points, you had to delete both the old data4.pak file and the data5.pak file and install the new version of the main mod, version 1.02. Now they
      are one and the same, as you can continue using your current single data4.pak file without switching to the mod`s `Main Version`.

Tower Raid Progression Adjustments - Updates:

  - v1.02:
      Level cap increase. Level cap is now 70 instead of 35 [Jai perk points].
      `Costume Levels` v1.0 available as a means to gain lost perk points.

  - v1.2:
      `Costume Levels` is now fully integrated into the mod`s main files.
      Increases to the rate with which you gain XP from Sola, as the developers did the same. (Adjusted version).
      Slightly increased the difficulty multiplier used to calculate Jai XP gains (easy and normal difficulties) (Adjusted version).
      Mod v1.2 accounts for all the changed introduced with the new `Spring` update and is compatible with game version 1.22.0.
      List of changes:
        * New weapons available in `Tower Raid`, mostly elemental melee weapons and guns, new rewards from Sola, outfits, etc...
        * Fixed missing items not listed in one the bounties.
        * Some bounties appear under a different name ID.
        * Reduce prices for rewards and outfits from Sola.
        * Fixed some items not listed correctly.
        * An increase to Sola XP gains.

`Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` mod V1.02 [Level cap increase]:    [For older version of the mod]

You can now reach level 70 with JAI, meaning you can obtain 70 perk points.
Use mod V1.02 if you are below level 35 with JAI. Simply swap between the mod`s old version (v1.0) and the new one.

DO NOT use the new version of the mod (v1.02) directly if you are above level 35 with JAI, use `Costume Levels` first.
I cannot account for each and everyone`s individual progression, that will require me to read every player game save file separately, calculate
the difference in missing levels and apply perk points accordingly. That`s not what mods are for, which are generic in nature.
For example. Let`s say that you are level 42. If you`ll use the new version of the mod (v1.02) directly, when you`ll hit level 43 you`ll get 1 perk
point. That means you`ve lost 7 perk points, levels 36 to 42.
That`s where `Costume Levels` comes in.

'Costume Levels' has 7 different data5.pak files. Use only one, whichever is closest to your level.
Use it with any other of my `Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` mod v1.0 (data4.pak), but make sure the serial numbers follow one another.
If you`ve changed `Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` file name from data4.pak to data3.pak, make sure `Costume Levels` is data4.pak and
not data5.pak.

Another example. If you are level 48, chose the data5.pak file that`s in the folder `Level [45-49]'.
`Costume Levels` accounts for levels in increments of 5 only.
Move the data5.pak file to your dying light 2 folder \ph\source.
Play the game. When you`ll reach level 49, nothing will happen. But when you`ll reach level 50, you will get 15 perk points, the difference between
levels 50 and 36.
If you are between the levels [55-59], you will get 25 perk points when you reach level 60, and so forth.

After that, DO NOT continue to use `Costume Levels` as you will not gain any more perk points as you progress further.
Download `Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` mod v1.02 (whichever variant you choose). `Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` v1.02 is a
data4.pak file that already has the level cap increase. From here on end you`ll receive 1 perk point for each level you gain, up to level 70.
Delete your previous `Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` mod v1.0 (data4.pak) file, and your `Costume levels` (data5.pak) file, and place
the new `Tower Raid Progression Adjustments` mod v1.02 in dying light 2 game folder \ph\source.

ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR GAME SAVE FILES BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING.

"ADDITIONAL" versions of main mods:

  There are two more versions of the main mods dubbed Adjusted (Additional) and Super Quick (Additional). I meant to implement some
  changes to character attributes and the available gear granted in the beginning to each character, but for now the only difference is an increase to
  positive floor modifiers on `elite` runs from 30% to 50%.

"MULTIPLAYER FRIENDLY" version:

  Removed the changes made to the spawning rate of both the `floor vendor` and the `corrupt keycard`.
  Removed the increase to positive floor modifier on nightmare difficulty.
  These are changes that effect the environment and may cause conflict. All other modified parameters left are personal data that relates to your
  progression alone.
  Should work fine. Haven`t tested it myself. ALWAYS backup your game save files before using new mods.

Installation Notes:

  - The mod (v1.2) was tested on v1.22.0 of the game. (v1.0 & v1.02 on game version 1.21.4)
  - Download which ever version of the mod you like.
  - Unpack the rar file.
  - Choose either the `Main Version` of the mod or `Costume Levels Integrated'.
  - Copy the data4.pak file to your game directory \ph\source folder.
  - If you already have a data4.pak file, than rename it to dataX,pak.

  ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR GAME SAVE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING NEW MODS.

Check out my other mod Armor Overhaul for dying light 2.

ENJOY!!!
