Adds dynamic flashlight shadows (The flashlight will appear on at all times) The mod seems to be a VISUAL EFFECT ONLY. For gameplay purposes, it seems that you are still able to toggle flashlight on and off. So I think enemy AI will not see light unless you actually turn on the game flashlight as you would normally do. - Simple install.
