All in One is a collection of mods that make player management/development for manager career easier and improve gameplay for 11vs11. This way, you can spend more time on the pitch and less time in menus. Mods can be downloaded separately to customize your experience.

Easier Managment Mod Collection Description:
The Collection makes significant improvements to quality of
life in manager career and gameplay for 11vs11. You can customize you
experience by downloading the individual mods you like instead. The All in One
collection makes player management and development in manager career easier.
This way, you can spend more time on the pitch and less time looking at menus.
The collection includes: EM Rebalanced Player Morale, EM Faster Development, EM
No PK Playable Highlights, and GP Increase Defensive Awareness.
EM Rebalanced Player Morale:
-Significant rebalance of player happiness and expected playtime. Now, non-starters require much less time on the pitch. Player morale
puts a higher emphasis on playtime than starting chances.
-Contract happiness now values wage and contract length equally. Less focused on wage.
-May affect evaluation of performance of 5.6-6.0 rating as neutral instead of bad.
EM Faster Development:
-Massive increase to speed of balanced training plan to develop players faster (100%)
(Balanced Plan Only)
-Required coaching stars max 20
EM No PK Playable Highlights:
-Replaces the PK playable highlights with solo playable highlights. This significantly increases the chance for a tie so decreasing GK
sliders for you and CPU is highly recommended.
GP Increase Defensive:
-Increased Marking intelligence <81 attribute rating.
