Features include always happy players, improved growth, accurate ratings, dynamic league outcomes, expanded coaching staff, and youth academy tweaks. Designed for fun, engaging gameplay, it offers a refreshing alternative to the base game.

Since I couldn’t find a solution that perfectly aligned with my preferences, I decided to learn modding and create a personalized mod tailored to how I enjoy Career Mode. What began as a simple project to improve player growth quickly evolved into a more comprehensive overhaul with additional tweaks and features. This mod has become my all-in-one solution, enhancing various aspects of Career Mode for a more enjoyable and engaging experience.
While this mod reflects my preferences and playstyle, I hope it offers an improved alternative to the base game for many players. Keep in mind, it might not suit everyone, especially if you're seeking a more realistic approach.

Detail Features:1. Players Always Very HappyManaging player happiness in the base game can be frustrating, and while many mods claim to address this, they often only fix it visually. For example, players may appear "Very Happy" but still request transfers due to low playtime satisfaction.
- Guaranteed Happiness: Players will always remain very happy, even if they lack sufficient playtime.
- Eliminated Transfer Requests: Players won't demand transfers unless their contracts are about to expire.
- Stress-Free Management: You won’t lose key players over happiness issues anymore.
- Fair Ratings for Defenders and Goalkeepers: They won’t unfairly receive low ratings after losses.
- Performance-Based Ratings: Attackers, midfielders, and defenders are rated based on contributions like goals, assists, and playmaking.
- Dynamic Ratings: Extreme highs (10/10) or lows (4.5-5.1) are now possible, depending on match outcomes and player performances.
- Adjusted sprint speed, pass speed, shot speed, and error rates.
- Improved CPU-controlled performance for goalkeeping and defending.
- Unpredictable League Standings: Big teams like Manchester City and Liverpool may occasionally struggle, leading to unexpected outcomes.
- Opportunities for Lower-Tier Teams: Smaller teams now have a chance to break into the top six or achieve cup success.
- In the first season, smaller teams may win the league or finish in the top five.
- Teams that excel in one season will often maintain their form in the next, while struggling teams may continue to underperform. For example, if Manchester City finishes 17th in one season, they may continue to struggle the following season.
- The system remains dynamic, so outcomes aren’t guaranteed to repeat. I’ve modified the settings to create this balance, but the dynamic nature means it might not always work as intended.
- Hire up to 28 coaches for greater team management flexibility.
- Access more 5-star coaches in the first season, with styles aligned to your current playstyle.
- Adjusted youth player age range to 12-15 years with overall ratings between 56-65.
- Youth players will always have 4-7 playstyles.
- Players can now be promoted from the academy at age 14, providing more flexibility in developing talent.
- Increased Height for Some Youth Players: Defender and goalkeeper youth players will generally be taller, but you might still find some with shorter heights.
- Big Teams: Almost always active in transfer windows, strengthening their squads.
- Small Teams: Less likely to make significant moves but occasionally surprising with key signings.
- Transfer offers will stay longer than usual.
- Changes to Award Settings: Players who win the league and Champions League are now prioritized for awards, and match ratings are more important than just goals and assists. I tried to make it possible for all positions to win the Ballon d'Or, but I think it's impossible, unfortunately. Sorry about that!
- Growth Boost for Lower-Rated, Older, and Lower Potential Players: These players will now see significantly improved growth, making it possible to revitalize the careers of forgotten talents or players who have struggled in the past.
- Balanced Growth for Top Players: High-potential and high-rated players will still grow quickly, but their growth has been slightly slowed down to provide a more realistic progression curve. It will still be faster than the default game.
- Faster Growth for High Performers: Players who perform well will develop faster, with boosted overall ratings.
- Slower Growth for Poor Performers: Underperforming players will see slower growth, though high-potential players can still progress quickly if they improve.
- Extended Growth for Veterans: Players can continue growing until age 40 or beyond, although growth may slow with age. This makes veteran players more valuable, though realism-seekers may find this feature less appealing.
Additional Notes
There may be some changes or feature that I didn’t elaborate on here, but every tweak in this mod is designed around my personal preferences. If you find this mod unrealistic or not suited to your style, I strongly recommend using CM Tweak by RobGrant, which offers a more realistic Career Mode experience.
I created this mod to make FC 25 Manager Career Mode more enjoyable and less frustrating. I hope it enhances your gameplay experience as much as it has mine.
