How to install: Download FIFA Mod Manager, click on the .fifamod you downloaded, apply it, launch the game.
With the Mod Manager open, click on the mod, go to the description tab and look up the face ids in the list provided, then using Live Editor change Ronaldo's head asset id to the one you want.
