Better Experience Career Mode
This mod aims to improve the experience in career mode, adding realism, improvements and difficulty to the game. Several aspects of the game have been modified to make it more realistic and challenging, such as the retirement age of players, the difficulty to earn a starting position in a team, player salaries, the number of games in the academy, among others. This mod is compatible with other mods and can be deactivated at any time.

# General
The minimum age to be captain has been increased.
Now players receive a greater number of job offers (Experimental)
# Players
Now you can enter as a substitute at different times depending on your performance:
If you have a good performance you can enter as a substitute from the 65th minute onwards.
If you have a regular performance you can enter as a substitute from the 75th minute onwards.
It will now be much more difficult and realistic to earn a starting position in a team, it will depend on your performance and the competition in your position, a bad performance can lead to you being benched.
Players will now retire from 38 years old onwards until 45 years old.
Goalkeepers will now retire from 38 years old onwards until 45 years old.
Salaries of high level players have been modified to be more realistic.
Salaries of players under 18 years old will now not be so ridiculously low.
Salaries of older players have been modified to be more realistic.
Salaries of players depending on their position on the field have been slightly modified.

Training will now be more effective and the gain of experience will depend more on the result of the training.

# Referees
The maximum number of yellow and red cards as well as the percentage in matches has now been slightly increased to make it more realistic.
# Coaches
Coaches will now be evaluated in the first 5 matches and can be fired if they do not meet the club's objectives.
# Scouts
Scouts can now get information about players faster depending on their level.
The penalty for searching for information and potential of players has been removed.
You can now find out the salary of players when searching for information about them.
The cost for scouting missions for young talents has been increased.
Now depending on the scout's level, you will have a better chance of finding players with greater potential and skills.
Scouts will now find more players in scouting missions depending on their level.
# Transfers
The maximum response time for buying or selling negotiations on the last day of the transfer market has now been reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours.
The maximum time to renegotiate a contract has now been reduced from 14 days to 7 days.
Teams will now have a minimum of 21 players in their squad to renew a contract.
Teams will now have a maximum of 5% of released players in their squad to renew a contract.
Teams will now have a minimum of 80% coverage in their squad to renew a contract.
Teams will now have a minimum of 95% coverage in their squad to renew a contract.
The hours of the last day of the market have been modified to be more realistic at 24 hours.
