Overall changes
- Added Penetration Range in descriptions for appropriate weapons. The PT weapons with unspecified PT range have maximum available range
- Weapons with damage dropoff have damage at mid range display, in the form of "Max~Mid~Min". The attenuation coefficient is taken into account, which allows to see how much damage will drop at mid range
- Weapons with damage/range dropoff with charge mechanic have their stats at 50% charge displayed
- Max Range for Rockets, Missiles and Homing Lasers is specified
- Improved descriptions of some weapons
- Model swaps for some weapons with AI upscaled textures
- Increased gun sound volume by about 50%
