Unknown Worlds are launching the stand-alone expansion to Subnautica in early access on the Discord, Epic and Steam game stores. Set in an ice-bound region of planet 4546B, after the events of the original game, Below Zero will offer a new chapter in the Subnautica universe. Core gameplay mechanics such as base building and the open-ended exploration will be built open with new ones such as thermal management and more voiced dialogue to immerse you in the plot.
Authors of Subnautica mods can copy their mod page, including images, videos, description, tags and permissions to a new Below Zero mod page. The new options will appear on the mod tiles and at the top of the "Manage my Files" page. We hope this will save you a lot of time so you can focus on making your mods compatible with the new game.
NOTE: The Subnautica: Below Zero game site will be public as soon as the first functional mod is uploaded, it will not appear before that time.
