FLVER, is pretty simple to use, basicly just unpack with yabber, modify the mesh (for now i only know how to delete what i dont want to use ingame) in this case i deleted the lower half of the skirt, then modify json, close flver and repack with yabber and put the file into the parts mod folder. But i am still learning tho and if you want to use a waistcloth of one armor with anoither set just delete everything above the waist line save and repack, but change the file name for one of the helmets so you can mix and match any waistcloth with any armor
