Raging Wolf Armour cloak swapped with Radahn's cloak

This is as close as I could get to replacing it. Instead of adjusting models, I modified the texture so the cape has the same look and feel with the hood/tears. If anyone wants to use/replace this mode all I changed in each *.dcx file was BD_M_1350_a.dds. They're a little warped because the capes didn't match up but you can't really tell in game.
