Adds the skull from the Royal Remains set to Maliketh's helm. Includes two versions, one that keeps the jawbone ornaments of the Royal Remains skull (recolored to fit with Maliketh's set) and one that removes them. See the Images section for references.
INSTALLATION: Install ModEngine2 and drop the regulation.bin in your ModEngine2\mod\ folder and the .dcx file of your choice in your ModEngine2\mod\parts folder. Launch the game using ModEngine2's launchmod_eldenring.bat file.
MERGING: The regulation.bin has a small change that simply hides your face when using Maliketh's Helm and stops it from clipping with the skull. I have included a .csv file to merge it with other regulation.bin mods. CHANGES: EquipParamProtector -> Row 760000 [Maliketh's Helm] -> Masks 00, 01, 02 set from 0 to 1
