Differences from original file: - Kind-of-fixed Morgott's Great Rune, will no longer explode constantly when below 50% HP. Still drops a tactical holy nuke the first time you reach 50% HP in the current game session though. - Changed the visual effect of the Taint of the Fell Omen. Didn't liked the original blackflame one + it didn't fit, swapped to the visual effect of Eclipse Shotel's Death Flare. Looks identical to the VFX Morgott uses during his P2, even though they're not the same thing lore-wise. - Changed the visual effect of Craving for Wounds. Now uses the *actual* bloodflame VFX, instead of blood grease one. The VFX of the buff given by Bloodboon Ritual is apparently hard tied to MSS and won't work properly if put on other weapons, sadge:(. So I had to roll with Cursed-Blood Slice\Bloodflame Blade VFX(I used Cursed-Blood Slice one, but idk, it and BFB might be identical since I didn't explicitly checked the IDs)
The visual effect changes were initially a personal edit, but I just didn't wanted to make additional files with\without them. You can easily change them yourself if you don't like them. I came around to updating, again. If From drops a patch the same day I upload the updated file, again, I'm gonna riot.
For 1.16, no. You can pretty easily update the regulation.bin yourself using smithbox. Get the latest version on nexus\github, create a project with the mod's folder as project directory, go to params and select the update params prompt in the upper part of the screen.

Eh, that's weird. I'm sure that this is an updated file, and it works for me. Are you sure it doesn't works?As in, Godrick's rune gives only stat increases and no rune gain increases.
Pumpkin Head on Saintsbridge drops 276 runes without Godrick's GR and 552 with Godrick's GR, at least for me. You can go test it, just to be sure it doesn't works.

I don't like blackflame visuals used in mod and thought that it just looks out of place, so I swapped it. One is deathflame from Eclipse Shotel which looks pretty much identical to the flame visual used by Morgott during phase 2, albeit it's not the same thing lore-wise, and the other is bloodflame visual. I initially made these for myself, but decided to upload them with the fix in case someone might also not like the blackflame sfx.
I am so sorry about that, as it turns out the mod has always been working for me, but the DESCRIPTIONS are missing, and come to think of it, I dont even think the OG mod creator added the descriptions, sorry for the inconvenience I didnt know.
on a side note though, if your looking for something to add now that you fixed morgotts (better fix than anyone can achieve really seems to work fine for me) adding the descriptions could be neat, other mods have done it for you (kinda) as well, if your up to it I can send them to you

It doesn't work as is but you can update it yourself. Download the regulation.bin file, use Smithbox to update it to your game version, extract the changes as csv then import it into your main regulation.bin.
For all of you struggling with merging the SCV with the DSMapEditor (''CSV has incorrect values'' error): before importing set the delimiter to ; (semicolon) instead of , (comma) and it should work. Worked for me anyway (since when viewing the CSV in excell shows cell separations via ; I got the idea to switch them & it worked).

edit, the bug with morgots rune has been a bug for awhile, even the actual creator didnt know how to fix it, I wish you luck dude.
I even tried killing godrick and activating his great rune and it still gave me the vanilla, you sure this is an updated regulation.bin?
