About this mod

Make Melina summonable as Spirit Summon. She casts an aoe healing over time spell, an aoe damage spell (that almost always fails to connect), shoots fire beams and, mos importantly, calls you maindenless.

Yesterday Zullie the Witch uploaded a video where she made Melina as a boss. And I thought wouldn't it be cool if you can summon Melina as a battle companion?
So I opened Yapped (https://github.com/vawser/Yapped-Rune-Bear/releases) and start messing around with the params. This is the result.

INSTALLATION:
  • Disable Easy Anti Cheat, I use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/90. And backup your save file.
  • Download one of the two versions and copy the file into your Elden Ring/Game folder. Replace when asked.

There's 2 versions:
  • One that replaces the Jellyfish summon, because it's one of the first summon you can get (just talk to Roderika)
  • And one that replaces Assassin Tiche, for those who loves their Jellyfish or wants a better balance (maybe?) cause Melina shares some movements with the assassins.
NOTES:
  • Disable Easy Anti Cheat or you're be banned. I use this tool to do so: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/90
  • I don't have any real modding skills, and don't even know how it works somehow. So I can't change the icon of the Spirit Ash nor the description of it. This is only replaces the Jellyfish or Tiche to Melina. Probably someone with more skills in the future can make it better and more polished.

Ayer Zullie the Witch subió un video en el que se enfrentaba contra Melina como boss. Tras verlo pensé que estaría muy guapo tener a Melina como espíritu de invocación. Abrí Yapped y empecé a ver qué podía hacer. Esto es lo que conseguí.

INSTALACIÓN:
  • Desactiva Easy Anti Cheat, yo uso esto: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/90. También recomiendo hacer una copia de seguridad de tu partida.
  • Descarga una de las dos versiones del mod y copia el archivo a tu carpeta de Elden Ring/Game. Si te pide reemplazar dale que sí.
Las dos versiones:
  • Una reemplaza la ceniza de la medusa. Así puedes tener a Melina desde casi el principio del juego.
  • La otra reemplaza la ceniza de Tiche Negro del Cuchillo. Creo que esta versión está más balanceada.

NOTAS:
  • Repito: si no desactivas el anticheat seguramente te caiga un ban. Así que hazlo.
  • No entiendo casi nada de modding, por lo que no soy capaz de cambiar el icono o la descripción de las cenizas. Seguramente alguien en un futuro sacará un mod parecido pero mejor hecho.
