Removes the special weather conditions on top of the Moonlight Altar

How to install:
Use DSMAPSTUDIO to import Weatherparam.csv
How to import (if you are new to this stuff)
1 Open Dark Souls Map Studio
2 Go to Param Editor (top left)
3 search: WeatherParam and click on it, it should be highlighted in blue
4 click edit (top left) -> Import CSV -> From file -> select the weatherparam.csv included in this mod
thats it!
- the weatherparam.csv has only one field exported so its compatible with all other weatherparam edits meaning it will not overwrite anything
- I use my own gparam lighting mod in the picture, the snow will be replaced with default Liurnia lighting.
- I use my own custom skybox in the picture, the Skybox will be the default Liurnia purple clouds.
Place m60_00_00_99.msb in Elden RING -> Game -> Mod -> Map -> MapStudio
Place aeg096_015.geombnd.dcx Elden RING -> Game -> Mod -> asset
