Are you tired of, mad about or pissed by the rainy and foggy efffects in this game? Everywhere you go, it's always foggy or raining...they don't stop. All these lead to low visibility and it ruins the game experience.
Elden Ring used to be a beautiful game. That issue wasn't in the initial release. It was caused by an update, pretty sure they did this on purpose, so the game can render less to save performance.
Clear Weather in Lands Between
With this mod, weather parameters in most regions are set to Clear weather, there will be no more non-stop rains & fogs, It helps to eliminate the low visibility, so you can see more Clear Skies & Sunny weather.

3. Put this mod's regulation.bin file to Mod Engine 2 "mod" folder.
4. Click launchmod_eldenring.bat to launch the game, NOT launch on Steam.
Important Note:
Important: Update the game to latest version on Steam first and load the Save at least once. After that, launch the mod in ModEngine2 folder as usual.
Uninstallation:
If you don't need this mod, just delete the same file(s) from the Mod Engine 2 "mod" folder.

.csv file included. For mod making only.

Credit goes to neumaipa (mod: Always clear skies). Since I don't use Yapped anymore so I decide to make it in Mapstudio, it's easier to merge mods. If neumaipa updates the original mod, I'll hide this one. Initially it was for personal use.
If you want Clear Skies everywhere, try Vigil, it has a Weather Shift option.
