In this mod I have changed how a number of things scale.

Scaling rework 2.0 is here!
This time I reworked everything I could/what seemed necessary.
Things I changed:
fall damage, HP, FP, Stamina, equip load, defenses and resistances
One request I tried to fulfill is keeping things flat in this mod, basically removing softcaps completely.Starting off:
HP will now increase by 30 for every level into Vigor.
FP will now increase by 5 for every level in Mind.
Stamina will now increase by 2 for every level in Endurance.
Equip load will now increase by 2.5 for every level of Endurance.

Fall damage:Every level of Dexterity now reduces fall damage by 0.2% for a total of 26.8% reduction instead of 20% (I know it doesn't seem like much but it is something). 
Equip load now does not effect fall damage at all.  (this wasn't necessary but why not)

Here's where thing got more interesting.For reference, bleed, rot, poison, madness and death blight are resistances 
holy, magic, fire and lightning are defensive stats

Defenses by stat, Magic, Fire, Lightning and Holy damage resistances all increased almost nonsensically  so I completely altered it so every level would increase these by a flat amount, but by 2 to give a max unarmored defense of 198 instead of 70. so a much better reduction before armor comes into play.
in the interest of keeping things flat, starting resistances where slightly reduced so that it all matched up and would increase flatly.
by the end your defenses will be much higher than before.

RESISTANCES BY STAT
So previously all resistances per stat were wonky (but at least all exactly the same)
For brevity sake Fextralife has the resources of what these values used to be.I have made it so that every level you put in a stat increases the corresponding resistance by 1.

RESISTANCES BY SOUL LEVEL
To be clear, this does not refer to actual level in this case.
This is referring to the total amount of all stats, so instead of the maximum being 712 it is instead 792. (all stats at 99).

Now every stat point will increase resistance to each status effect by 1. I hope you like the mod. Please let me know what you think and of course if you have a request I will do my best to help but I won't promise anything.
