About this mod
Stronger Hand of Malenia and Uchigatana, make HoM Buffable, Increased Memory Slot, Winged Rotten Sword buff.

Please back up your original regulation.bin first before replace it with this mod.
Just want to share what mod I use.
1. Hand of Malenia, scaling dex 90, str 40 (default is dex 75, str 5) and make it buffable.
2. Uchigatana, scaling with dex 90, str 40. (default is str 36, dex 55).
3. All Seal can use sorcery.
4. Tanky Astrologer set. due to I also using the 2B mod that based on Astrologer set, I Increasing the ability of armor damage absortion and debuff resist, you can see the pictures in this post to see the difference. Do remember that set is include the hood, robe, gloves, and trousers. I also decrease its weight to 1 point per parts. I don't increased its poise stat tough.
5. Rotten Winged Sword Insignia Talisman upgrade. Increased damage per succesive attack (default is 1.06 at stage one, and maximum 1.13 at stage 4) for this mod, I increased the Rotten Winged Sword buff to :
* 1.5 at stage 1
* 1.7 at stage 2
* 1.8 at stage 3
* 2.0 at stage 4, inflict Scarlet Rot (200), it will double overall damage of your character at stage 4.
Another Rotten Winged Sword Insignia upgrade, not just damage buff upgrade, I also make it can restore your HP and FP per succesive attacks, the detail is
* 3% and flat 30 HP, 2% and 20 flat FP for stage 1
* 4% and flat 40 HP, 3% and 30 flat FP for stage 2
* 5% and flat 50 HP, 4% and 40 flat FP for stage 3
* 6% and flat 60 HP, 5% and 50 flat FP for stage 4. Also add Stamina restore with 3% and 30 flat Stamina. And make it duration to 1 minute.
The percentage is based on your max stat. Please watch the video if you want to know how much its regenerate your HP and FP.
6. Flock’s Canvas Talisman now increase your memory slot by 4 (I increased it to 6 actually, but the maximum memory slot apparently just 14), I also make it affect not just Incantation but Sorcery as well. (NB : Actually I also increase the cast speed but it’s doesn’t really works, I dunno, maybe because my dex already 99 and cast speed is capped at 70 dex, so it’s doesn’t work, or what?)
7. Silver Scarab Talisman now increase discovery stat by 95, default is 75.
8. Golden Vow’s incantation upgrade, Increase its duration to 5 minutes. Also raise its buff ability on attack and damage reduction stat.
Update : fixed the damage absorption scaling.
9. Order’s Blade incantation upgrade, Increase its duration to 5 minutes. Also raise its Holy damage buff stats.
Just download the file and put it in your game folder, don't forget to back up your original regulation.bin.
Don't forget to play it offline only with disable EAC. You will likely got banned if play with it online, so do at your own risk.
